Terms of use.
Using Aftershot
Aftershot turns photos into stylised portraits with AI. Use it only with photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to it. Don't upload nudity or sexual content, and don't use Aftershot to impersonate, harass or mislead anyone.
AI-generated content
Everything Aftershot creates is generated by AI, and saved files say so in their metadata. Don't present results as real, unedited photos in a way that could mislead others.
Your content
You keep the rights to the photos you upload and to the results. You give us permission to process them only to create your results. We don't use them to train AI models.
Results
Results are generated by AI and may contain mistakes or differ from the examples.
Credits
Credits have no cash value. Plan credits refill at the start of each period and don't carry over. Free, invite and credit pack credits stay until you use them. Credit packs are one-time purchases; refunds are handled by Apple.
Subscriptions
Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or of the free trial) to avoid being charged again. The yearly plan's free trial includes 3 photo credits; the full monthly credits start with the first payment. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings.
Age
You must be 18 or older to use Aftershot.
Changes
We may update the app, its styles and these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app.
Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. This doesn't take away any rights you have as a consumer where you live.
